How do we delete email addresses that are saved? In other words, when you start typing an email address, and only after typing 2 letters the rest of the name pops up automatically? I know enough to go to the address book to delete addresses, but after I did that, they still pop up in the "new message."

Recently I appear to have lost my external hard drive for my mac, where I kept my backups of my entire computer. In trying to find when I lost it, I'm trying to figure out when the last time I plugged it into my computer was - although my computer says that it's been 147 days or so since my last backup, I know I plugged the hard drive in since then (it just never fully backed up.)
Is there any place on the computer that has a date-by-date history of all the drives accessed/plugged into the computer? There is a risk that my identity has been stolen, if indeed I lost the hard drive long enough ago that someone has their hands on it and the sensitive backups inside it.

I am trying to discover if my Apple purchases/upgrades have been recorded online seeing as of today I cannot find my printed Apple receipts or access much of the information/data which was not correctly migrated to my iMac. I Have reset Safari 4.0.3 and it still doesn't delete the history. Applecare can't seem to solve the problem either. Please help, although this isn't a major problem it is very annoying. This was happening before SL and I was hoping SL upgrade may have fixed this but it hasn't.

My disk utility is not showing any history or notes of any kind when I try and repair or verify permissions. This is a new devlopment, I used to get a lot of notes about issues being fixed or being unfixable. My computer is also running slowly - particularly firefox and mail. No other issues to note. I have a MacBook Pro running on 10.5.8
I am wondering what course of action is best to take next. I could buy a copy of disk warrior.
I could also upgrade to Snow Leopard.

It doesn�t play 720p HD youtube smoothly. Jerky not coz of internet connection as I have 10 Mbps and up.
My question is 2.13 MBA able to handle 720p?
If the next MBA uses i7 (according to Scottdale), will that handle 720p? How about 1080p?
Or maybe 1.86 can handle HD, but I need to optimize it?
I just replaced my hard drive today. I booted it up and went to disk utilities to format it and all of that. When I finished I went to restore system from back up and plugged in my external hard drive and the computer said there was no history of back up from Time Machine. This was strange because before I formated the hard drive and tried to restore the information, it recognized that there was back up information. I decided I would re-install the os and try again.

So I noticed that the screen size of text elements while viewing flash content is very small. I was drafting my fantasy team this past weekend and really had to look hard to read everything. You cant enlarge or shrink the browser window like you can with HTML pages by pinching/pulling on the track pad.
Is there some setting I can adjust to make flash content not be so tiny.
I am not very computer savvy and just got an external hard drive to store my itunes on. I now have all my music movies and such on there. I would like to hook my mac formatted hard drive up to my ps3 to view these things. However the PS3 does not recognize it. How do I get it to recognize it and let me view this content?

So ive been trying it out on the website. Im having one issue. When i go to all the HD content and try to play it, itll only stream in SD and not in HD. I have the check mark checked to allow it to stream in HD. But it still says not playing in HD. My internet connection is fine. I did a speedtest just to confirm my internet was doing ok and i got 14.14MBPS down and 1.48MBPS up, and this is on AT&T Uverse. anyone have any ideas. I def dont want to get apple tv if i cant stream HD. Ive tried Safari and Firefox. No difference.

I'm working via Safari on an online jigsaw puzzle at http://six.flash-gear.com/npuz/puz.php?c=v&id=3274406&k=25952437. The computer zoomed in on the puzzle...a Mac-based zoom-in menu appeared and accidentally flashed on "zoom in"...and now I cannot undo the zoom. All normal methods fail, and part of the puzzle is off-screen. I don't know how to see the rest of the puzzle now. I thought perhaps deselecting "show all" would help, but it won't let me deselect either.
