Mac Safari :: Time Stamp In History?

Where is the time stamp for the browsing history? I can see all the sites visited but I want to know WHEN they were visited. I found the time stamp in the parental controls section under guest accounts but where is the time stamp for the ADMIN account?

I would just like to know, on time machine, how do you go back in time to see your Safari history or like for example, webpages you've visited during the previous month. Please tell me where I go step by step to see this and put that history back onto the Safari browser. how to do it on Snow Leopard and do you do it the same way on Lion?

Applications :: VIDEO Date / Time Stamp Program For Mac?
I do video depositions which requires me to place the date and time on my video when the video was shot. Currently I have to ingest my video into a Windows computer and run it through a time stamping program called VTS DV timestamp [URL] This program is awesome other than the fact I have to use Windows. I would like to use nothing by my mac but alas, I have not been able to find a program that works. FCP time code generator does not work like I want it to.

Pages 09 :: Removing Date / Time Stamp From The Track Changes
I am a professor and I use "track changes" to review and comment on my student papers. I see how when I add a comment, I can simply delete the info that automatically pops up (my name and the date/time). However, I often turn on "track changes" and use it to delete or revise text. I DON"T want the date/time to show up because I don't necessarily want students to know exactly when I was reviewing their papers. I can't find any setting Pages has that would allow me to not have that: in contrast, Word allows me to set preferences so that this info is absent.

OS X Leopard :: Wrong Time Stamp On Files And Emails
I have a problem with the time stamp on files and emails which seems to effect the rebooting of my G5. Periodically it will result in a kernel panic or failure to boot. The symptoms can be seen when creating a new file / folder and checking the time stamp using More Info. The new file /folder will display the minutes and seconds information instead of hours and minutes after the date. So Wed, 21 Jul 01:36PM becomes Wed, 21 Jul 36:15PM. The menu bar clock displays the date and time correctly which makes this problem even more puzzling. So far I have tried reinstalling Leopard and using combo update to bring it up to 10.5.8. I have also tried to delete /private/etc/localtime in the hope that it might reset the time stamp

Snow Leopard :: Time Stamp Incorrect For All Received Emails
I have been have this problem with my mail account over the last couple of months and I am about at my wits end for fixing it. The issue is that every email that I received has the same time on it's time stamp. 9:42 is what it displays for every email. The day of the month, AM/PM, and even the seconds change, but the hour and minutes will not change.

I have added another email account to my mail app to make sure that it wasn't a server issue and it did the same thing to emails from the other account. I have wiped the accounts from mail and then restored them but that hasn't fixed it either. I feel like I've done every other thing possible aside from trying to write a script to deal with it and I cannot find the solution.

Applications :: Entourage 2008 Time Stamp After Wake From Sleep
One of my clients just purchased a Macbook Pro over the holidays (first time switcher from Windows PCs), and is using Entourage 2008 in place of Outlook 2007. (I used the excellent conversion utility from [URL] to move all his Outlook data over to Entourage.) So far, so good, except he ran into a bug I couldn't resolve for him. Apparently, if his laptop goes to sleep, when he wakes it back up, he receives a bunch of new emails into Entourage that all have the exact same date/time stamp on them (of the time the machine woke from sleep). Other than turning off sleep mode, or always making sure Entourage is closed down before the laptop goes to sleep, is there a fix for this issue?

OS X Leopard :: Changing Language Used By Mail / When Writing Time Stamp For Replies
My installed system language is a non-English one. However, I live and conduct most of my business in the UK, including most of my correspondence. When using the reply function in Mail, the part before the cited text is in my original language, not in English. While a minor problem, I would prefer the this time stamp to be in English, preferably without reinstalling the OS with a new system language. While not important to me, I would prefer the system language to remain in my native tongue. Is there any way of changing the language used by Mail when writing the time stamp for replies etc?

Aperture :: Imported IPhoto Library - Set Time Stamp For Each Picture 5 Hours
Very annoying and bizarre -- I imported thousands of pictures, from 3 or 4 different cameras, and all of them have the time stamp 5 hours too early. I'm not worried about time zones, etc. -- even where the camera, computer and file resides in Chicago, and are set to Chicago time, a photo that was taken at 3 PM CST, and says so in iPhoto, says that it was taken at 10 AM CST in Aperture. Is there any easy way to fix this for all of the pictures?

Mac Safari :: 5.0 History Entries Deleted By Visiting Them
When I revisit a website I surfed a day ago using the History menu, the next time I look in History that URL is now gone from that day of history. I was searching for plumbing parts at [URL] on Thursday. After revisiting the various pages by clicking on Thursday's history entries, I noticed one by one they disappeared from my browsing history for Thursday after revisiting. Looking at my history now it appears I never power the Mac on Thursday! Is this normal? If it is normal (yuck), is there any way to stop it from deleting my past history entries?

Mac Safari :: History Not Showing Google Searches
Over the past day or two, I have encountered a strange problem: past Google Searches are, for the most part, not showing up on my Safari History. I say for the most part, because once out of every ten times or so for no reason in particular they do. (In addition, some (but not all) of the time, clicks from a Google Search are listed in the History not by their page title, but by the rather lengthy google search url that located them.) There are times when I want to redo a search, and it is always convenient to be able to go back to the History to find the original. As I said, as best as I can tell, it is only an issue with Google searches, other pages that I navigate to show up normally in my history. I thought it might be a corrupt preferences file, so I removed both Library/Preferences/com.apple.safari.plist and the Library/Safari/History.plist files, I also upgraded from 5.0 to 5.0.1.

I have been manually deleting history items. I cannot "clear history" as my wife complains, she likes the history. Is there a way to get safari to not remember certain sites? I think this would be a good feature to implement. There could be a preference pane for history exclusions and you could just type in the urls of sites you do not want to receive cookies from or have placed into the history.
